Paper Admission Application Process
  • Download the application form from our website or collect it from the Registrar’s Office.
  • Gather and certify required documents (Three Copies Each):
    • Duly filled application form
    • Primary & high school certificates (Certified)
    • Bachelor’s certificate and transcripts (Certified)
    • Academic transcripts or result slip (Certified)
    • National ID, Birth Certificate, or Passport
    • Three (3) color passport-size photos
    • Letter from the Referee
    • Proof of application fee payment (KShs. 2000)
  • Pay the application fee through the university's bank accounts as indicated on the application form.
  • Submit the filled forms and documents to the Registrar’s Office or mail them to the university.
  • Upon approval, receive your admission letter within 3 weeks.
  • Download your admission letter from www.buc.ac.ke
